Please read the following disclaimer and then check the "I Understand All The Terms of This Agreement" checkbox at the bottom of the page:
[A] I agree to allow Attorney John Schrepfer to answer my legal questions and to not hold him responsible for any problems that may arise from pursuing actions based on the advice given by Attorney John Schrepfer;[B] I agree that each phone consultation (up to 20 minutes in length) will incur a charge of $50.00;
[C] I agree that each and every subsequent phone consult will incur a separate charge of $50.00;
[D] I agree that answers provided by The Legal Practice by e-mail will be sent to the email address that I provide below. There will be no hard copy made nor sent to me;
[E] I agree that the fees incurred for any legal advice do not pay for, fully nor partially, any other fees for other legal services provided by Attorney John Schrepfer;
[F] I agree that payment of my fee to The Legal Practice must be made by either MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express at the time advice is sought.
