[A] Hourly rate is generally $ 160.00 per hour. Paralegal fees are $ 80.00 per hour. However, reduced fees may be negotiated depending on the financial needs and circumstances of the client.

[B] Many of our services are flat fees, e.g, uncontested divorces, criminal matters, DWI, etc. Please call for a quote.

[C] Limited Scope Representation - We offer limited scope legal representation so you pay only for the services you want. For example: I will prepare all documents for an uncontested divorce and you file the paperwork with the court. I can prepare motions and other pleadings and/or review documents for you on an hourly basis. Or, if you desire, I can represent you at a particular hearing or trial. The advantage of limited scope representation is that it saves you money from traditional legal fees.
